Imagine coaching as similar to a football coach or a basketball coach.
A good sports coach will keep you focused on your goals, provide supportive feedback, motivate & encourage you when you’re feeling frustrated or stuck & make sure you’re challenged enough from week to week so that success is inevitable for you.
Similarly, a coach will cheer you on & help you stay motivated, focused, & give you objective feedback to get you closer to accomplishing your goals in less time. Commitment, accountability & follow-through are some of the most valuable components of coaching & a big reason why people who work with a coach make so much more progress than they do on their own.
Coaching is a series of one-on-one weekly sessions between you & your coach that usually last about 60 minutes each.
These sessions are either on the phone or video chat, whichever you prefer.
During the first session,
your coach will go over your goals & what you hope to achieve
through coaching.
(If you aren't clear on your goals yet, that’s okay. Our coaches are trained to ask you the right questions & actively listen to what you are saying to help you figure that out.)
The primary goal is to give you a clear vision of what you want to achieve, & then help you develop a personalized plan to achieve it.
During each session,
your coach will guide you through exercises that will bring you closer to achieving your goals & help you overcome any obstacles or challenges you may be faced with.
At the end of each session,
your coach will ask you to commit to completing certain tasks before the next session, which is referred to as action steps.
These action steps will be specific actions which you & your coach have identified as being the most important things you can possibly do to move closer to your big goals.

First of all, you MUST be committed to YOURSELF FIRST and want to change. Change can be difficult (at first) but if you're committed then ANYTHING is possible!
In terms of commitment to programs, every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their coach. We set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.
